“You, Me and Harry” is a lyrical exploration of memory, intimacy, and emotional ecology expressed through lush, densely layered florals. The triptych format allows each panel to function both independently and as part of a larger visual narrative, shifting between moments of quiet reflection and radiant energy.
Sara’s expressive palette—anchored in earthy greens, vibrant reds, and the bold presence of a sun-like red circle—creates a visual language that is both symbolic and deeply sensory. Each flower, leaf, and abstract gesture feels intentionally placed yet instinctively rendered, reflecting her grounding in sumi-e discipline and the influence of modernist expression.
Commissioned by the boutique floral shop Blooming Great in Shoreham, the work draws from the store’s vibrant atmosphere and philosophy of celebrating life through flowers. Rooted in the personal but resonating universally, the title suggests a poetic triangulation of relationships—between people, between forms, and between inner worlds. The composition evokes the fleeting beauty of connection, framed within nature’s cycles of bloom, decay, and renewal.
